I had been looking for years to find out why I had itching on my arms with no bumps or bites. I would scratch until I made sores. I tried everything from steroid cream to ice. Sometimes the itch was so intense only ice would help. I finally read where the cause is from nerve damage related to my neck. After much researching I read about this cream and thought I would try it. I didn't expect it to work but it has helped a lot. At the first signs of itching, I apply it with a Q-tip and then cover it with a tube bandage. I cover it because I don't want to scratch it without thinking and then use those fingers to touch my eye. Read the label. It can be very hot. Some reviews stated it was too hot, but I don't think so. Its a warming sensation that increasingly gets warmer but doesn't burn. I left it on several hours then washed it off with soap and water. I have also left it on longer and applied lotion over the top of it which reactivated the heat. Sweat will reactivate the heat as well. The results are I have gone weeks without itching. I used to have to keep steroid cream with me at all times because I never knew when the itching would start, but I don't have to now. This tube will last me a long time as it only takes a dab on the end of a Q-tip to do the job. So happy to have found this solution and the reason behind the itching.
I have sciatica and have looked for anything to help with the pain. After doing research on the best cream, I ordered this. It really does help. I rub it on each morning before leaving for work and it last the entire day. Helps with my knee pain also.
Life changing item that deserves much more praise than just a simple review. I have been suffering from pain in my wrist for about 6 months and was not sure what to use for it. When I first applied the cream, there was a slight burning sensation for about 10-20 min followed by absolute relief. I was pain free. Been hooked on this for over a year and have had several friends get hooked on this too. Last all day which others only last an hour at the most. It can get hot though, especially if you add water or sweat. Have lower back pain and this gets me through the day. Highly recommend
